Photos are sent to crazyquiltjp@gmail.com and should include your name. The email may include a link to a blog post if you have written about your work.
When a participant emails a photos to crazyquiltjp@gmail.com that
- constitutes the participant’s permission for use of the image ( photography of property) by CQJP.* (Participants retain ownership of the original images).
- Testifies the images are of a participant’s own Crazy Quilt Journal Project work.
- Testifies the images don't infringe upon the copyright of other artist's images.
- Releases CQJP of any liability by virtue or any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in the use of said image
* Submission of photos for the Crazy Quilt Journal Project acknowledges the photos can be published on the Crazy Quilt Journal Project blog, Facebook group and other CQJP endeavors, including promotion.
CQJP will not attempt to alter the resolution, clarity or correct any perceived error in the photos with the exception of cropping the photos to fit the size and intent of the challenge or reducing the size of the file if necessary.
The CQJP will not assume liability for use of images that are proven to have been submitted by a participant as their own work, but it is not.
